1. Q:How do I place an order?

 A: Recommend the customer use K-Pay to make the payment

Step 1: Dear customer, please open our KiKUU App and click on the product you would like to purchase

The page will jump automatically to product page

Step 2: Click “Buy Now” and if available, select the product color, size, and quantity

The item added to ”Cart” once you finished to select

Step 3: Click ”Cart” and select the product which you want to pay now

Step 4: Click ”CHECKOUT” chose the shipping address and confirm your order details

Step 5: Click on ”CONFIRM ORDER” and select the method of the payment

Step 6: Then your order will be process

2. Q:How do I use the coupons?

A:Step 1:Dear customer, please open our KiKUU App and click on the product you would

like to purchase The page will jump automatically to product page

Step 2:Click “Buy Now” and if available, select the product color, size, and quantity The item

added to ”Cart” once you finished to select

Step 3:Click ”Cart” and select the product which you want to pay now

Step 4:Click ”CHECKOUT” chose the shipping address and confirm your order details

Step 5:Select General Coupons or Store Coupons to use

3. Q:How do I cancel an unpaid order?

  A:Step 1:Dear customer, please open our KiKUU App and click ”My KiKUU” section

The page will jump automatically to your information page

Step 2:Click on the ”Pending Payment” is shown as below ”My Orders” option

Step 3:Select and click on the awaiting payment order

Step 4:Click ”CANCEL” and select the cancellation reason then the order will be cancelled

4. Q:How can I cancel my order if have paid?

A:If the status is showing “Awaiting Shipment” (the order can be cancelled)

Step 1: Dear customer, please open our KiKUU App and click ”My KiKUU” section

The page will jump automatically to your information page

Step 2: Click “My Order” and select the order which you want be cancelled

Step 3: Select the cancel reason then order will be cancelled

(Don't want it/Wrong purchase/Buy too much items)

(It’s too slow for delivering products)

Will showing ”Cancelled by the account + the reason which the customer select after

done with cancelled

Step 4: The money will refund to you automatically by our system if you pay via Online

or K-Pay payment.  The money will refund to you within 24 hours by our system if you

pay via Normal payment

If the status is showing “Processing” (the order can’t be cancelled)

Dear customer, your order status is showing ”Processing”, that means your order is have
processed and get ready shipping to here. So you can’t cancelled your order under the

status is showing ”Processing”

5. Q:My order has been canceled so how do I get my refund?

  A:Dear customer, once your order has been cancelled automatically you will receive your
money on k-pay Wallet. Please check your K-pay Balance to confirm.
