1.Q:Which payment methods does KiKUU accept?

A:K-Pay is our online wallet where money can be deposited to your KiKUU account. K-Pay can then be used to purchase products on our platform.

2.Q：How to activate a K-Pay account?

A:Step 1: Tap "My K-Pay" in "My KiKUU" , then click "Activate My K-Pay" on the K-Pay page.

Step 2: If you haven't verified your phone or email, please verify one of them.

If you have verified one of them, you can directly go to step 3.

Step 3: Set the PIN as the payment password to secure your account. Click "Confirm" in the pop-up window of "Confirm PIN".

Now that you have completed the K-Pay activation, please top up before using it.

3.Q：How can I top up my K-Pay account?

A:Step 1: Tap "My K-Pay" in "My KiKUU" section of the app, then Click "Top Up".

Step 2: Select a payment method and enter an amount. Click "Top Up".

4.Q：How do I pay via K-Pay?

A:When you have activated and recharged K-Pay, you can use it as a payment method.

Step 1: When you click "Confirm Order" on checkout page, There will be a pop-window of payment methods. Select K-Pay as the payment method.

Step 2: Enter your password to validate the payment.

5.Q:What should I do when I forget my K-Pay PIN?

A:Step 1: Click on "K-Pay Balance" in "My KiKUU" section.

Step 2: Click "Reset K-Pay PIN".

Step 3: Enter in a new password.

Step 4: Click on "Get Code".

Step 5: Enter in the code you receive.

Step 6: Click "Reset".

6.Q:Why did I get a payment errorPage?

A:The balance of your K-Pay account is not enough in order to pay for the order.
